Registration for a private person
Before registration in e-TOLL prepare
ID card,
vehicle registration certificate confirming its weight class,
document confirming the exhaust emission class,
select an account type:
postpaid account. Note! A payment collateral is required, use the Collateral amount calculator.

Go to login.mf.gov.pl. Select a login method and confirm your identity
You will do this with your login and password.
Specify the type of entity to be registered
Fill in the required data and register with OCA.
Set up a billing account and choose a form of financing
You can choose prepayment, deferred payment account, fleet card. Manage fares.
Create a vehicle and assign it to a billing account
Ensure that the vehicle is correctly assigned to the account.
Create a location device and associate it with the vehicle using business ID.
Finally, activate the location device in the OCA.
